Alicia Kirkland

Alicia oversees property due diligence to acquisition, investment repositioning strategies (renovation & construction), and project management. Before CRE-Endeavors, Alicia worked in property management and community association management at Lincoln Management Company, MAA, Post Properties, and Heritage Property Management Services. Throughout her real estate career, she has managed more than 4,000 units in multifamily & single-family assets, valuing over $1.5 billion. She has also completed the development close-out process for more than 2,000 units totaling more than $330MM in multifamily investments. Alicia is a licensed real estate agent and community association manager in Georgia.

Passionate about giving back to the community, Alicia volunteers as a mentor for Destiny's Daughters of Promise, a Georgia-based, nonprofit organization that aims to provide a safe environment where teen girls can learn strategies to become confident leaders and contributing members of society.
