Whitney dedicates her time to sourcing & capitalizing middle-market multifamily transactions, fund & brokerage management, and overseeing project due diligence. Since 2016, she has specialized in multifamily and single-family investments in the Southeast and Maryland, executing financial analysis  & due diligence, acquisitions, and investment sales for the private capital market. Whitney founded CRE-Endeavors, formerly Intuitive Management Partners, in 2019 to offer investment solutions that intersect positive community outcomes with enhanced returns.

Whitney's been featured on several real estate podcasts and hosts the CRE-Endeavors Webinar Series, where she interviews active CRE investors, prominent real estate executives, and industry experts to share resources in commercial real estate investing. Whitney graduated from George Mason University and played Division I Women's basketball for the Patriots. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Maryland. Passionate about mental and physical health, Whitney is a dedicated yogini and student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
