Whitney Ward is a real estate broker and consultant with 9.5 years of experience transacting in multifamily and single-family residential investments across Georgia and parts of the Southeast USA. Whitney supports investors and managers with outsourced guidance across the entire multifamily investment lifecycle, with expertise in deal sourcing, financial analysis, deal structuring, and investment advisory. Having been involved in over 20 real estate investment transactions totaling $362 million of residential and commercial acquisitions and dispositions, Whitney has also financially evaluated more than $1 billion in real estate investments on behalf of her clients. Before CRE-Endeavors, Whitney started her real estate career at Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter, where she specialized in middle-market multifamily and single-family residential investment sales.​

Whitney holds real estate broker licenses in Georgia and Maryland. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University, where she also played for the Division I Women's Basketball team (2004-2009 seasons).
