Senior Project Manager 

Alicia Kirkland leads business development, due diligence, and project management for the firm's owner's representation consulting contracts throughout Georgia. In her role, Alicia brings technical solutions to multifamily and commercial real estate owners and developers in property inspections, renovation, and construction/development processes for a successful turnover.

Alicia joined CRE-Endeavors in 2020 and since then has completed the development close-out process for more than 2,000 units totaling more than $330 million in ground-up multifamily development projects. Alicia holds a certification as a commercial property inspector (CCPI) and a real estate sales and community association manager license in the state of Georgia. Before CRE-Endeavors, Alicia worked 12 years in property management and community association management, overseeing property operations for more than 4,000 units in multifamily & single-family assets, valued at over $1.5 billion, on behalf of corporate management companies, Lincoln Property Company, MAA/Post Properties, CMA, and Heritage Property Management Services.

Passionate about giving back to the community, Alicia volunteers as a mentor for Destiny's Daughters of Promise. This Georgia-based nonprofit organization aims to provide a safe environment where teen girls can learn strategies to become confident leaders and contributing members of society.
