Strategic Partnership:

- Co-General and joint venture partnership equity for lower middle-market multifamily workforce housing. 

Investment Strategies:
- Existing core-plus and value-add multifamily properties
- 10 to 30 years old.
- Within a 4-hour radius from Atlanta, GA (compelling primary and secondary markets of Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee).

- Investment Size: $500k to $1M
- Property Number of Units:
 100 to 200 units in size
- Property Hold Period: 3-5 years.
- Target Project-Level IRR: 20%+
